Description

When: Saturday, May 30th from 10am-12pm. Learn the basics of making sourdough bread at the historic Rock Run House. We will discuss fermentation, local grain, and other aspects of baking healthy, nutritious bread. You will have a hands-on experience mixing and shaping bread. Each participant leaves with a fresh loaf, dough to bake at home, and starter.
