Description
Our loaves are made with organic flour, water, and sea salt. That's it. Sourdough bread, with its simplicity of ingredients and fermentation time before baking, is better for you than conventional, highly-processed bread. As a bonus, we work hard to source and bake with grains grown and milled in Ohio as much as possible. Orders are available for pickup on Fridays and Saturdays only, unless otherwise arranged.
We offer our classic sourdough 1.5 pound loaf through our website and at our Breadstand, located roadside at 3115 W. National Rd. Stop by to pick up a loaf and see what other artisan baked goods we have in supply.
